A day at ignite

Ignite Early Learning’s daily rhythm give your child total exposure to each aspect of the Ignite Me Curriculum, ensuring that every moment spent on facilitating their growth, developmental milestones and educational excellence matters.

  • Children are welcomed
  • Educators discuss with the family any individual specific needs for their child(ren)
  • Hygiene routines begin (toileting/handwashing/nappy changing, etc)
  • Progressive buffet breakfast offered to children
  • Family & morning grouping commences.
  • School readiness program commences.
  • Indoor/outdoor play

  • Roll call
  • Educators discuss with the children their interests and goals for the day.

  • Transition to indoor for lunch and rest time.
  • Hygiene routines
  • Lunch is provided based on seasonal menu – transition to story time
  • Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation Program and activities commence.

  • Group project work – HSIE, STEM based exploration – Science & Technology/Mathematics
  • Language/ Literacy, Rotating ELLA – Language, Culture, Music and Drama based on intentional teaching and Child’s Interests. (Ignite Me Curriculum)
  • Transition to afternoon snack (sunscreen/hats/water bottles)
